Blended from the revered Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars, Shin brings together the best of both worlds. Okumidori lends a soft, rounded sweetness and gentle umami, while Yabukita adds structure, vibrancy, and a clean, lingering finish.
Sourced from the renowned tea-growing regions of Kyoto and Kagoshima, this blend captures Kyoto’s refined elegance and Kagoshima’s bright, sun-kissed depth. The result is a matcha that is creamy and floral, with smooth notes of buttered greens and a delicate sweetness that unfolds with every sip.

Instructions:
Usucha: Whisk 2g of matcha with 100ml of hot water for an usucha
Latte: Whisk 4g of matcha with 40ml of hot water, add 120ml of milk of choice
*Tip: Keep water at 80c or below to avoid burning the matcha, retaining nutrients and flavour
